How do I book a session?

The quickest way is to message me on WhatsApp — I usually reply the same day. You can also use the booking button on this page if you prefer to go at your own pace. No endless forms, no waiting.

Is the first session free?

Yes, completely. And with no commitment from your side. We meet, you tell me how you're doing and what you'd like to change, and we see together whether it makes sense to work together. If it's not the right fit, no problem.

Can I train if I have an injury or chronic pain?

That's actually most of what I do. If you're in pain, have a recent injury, or haven't moved in years out of fear of making things worse — that's exactly the starting point. I adapt every session to what your body can handle today — with progression, without forcing.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place in the environment that works best for you: private gyms within your residence or building, spaces where you already train, your own home, or selected outdoor spots like the beach or mountain. The format is chosen based on your goals, lifestyle, and the experience you're looking for.
